Making cushions for outdoor or marine use has had its drawbacks. Traditional foam cushioning absorbs water much like a sponge and takes forever to dry. Until now quick drying foam cushioning has been expensive. Instant Dry Cushioning solves all those problems.
Instant Dry Cushioning is perfect for any outdoor or marine application. Instant Dry's unique lace design allows water to flow right through it. The High Density Polyethylene fibber will not absorb moisture and air circulates freely throughout the cushioning speeding the drying process. In most cases the cushioning material will dry before the fabric covering it.

Add Extra Thickness to the Instant Dry Waterproof Cushion
Instant Dry can be wrapped with polyester batting to give extra thickness and a high loft soft feel to the cushion without affecting the drying time. Polyester batting like our F 6405 or F 6406 will not absorb moisture and like Instant Dry, water flows through it.
Health Conscious Waterproof Cushion - No Moulds or Mildew
Instant Dry does not support growth of moulds or mildew. Instant Dry cuts easily using the S 7753 foam cutter or with any sharp knife and can be stacked to get thicker cushions. We recommend using S 8504 Latex adhesive around the edges to glue sheets together. Latex adhesive is not effected by moisture and by using it just around the edges it will not affect the flow of water or air through the cushion.
Instant Dry cushioning is guaranteed for 5 years
against loss of shape in residential use.
